The hotel exceeded my expectations. The last time we stayed at the hotel Eris and the kitchen smell in the hallways was awful. At czarny potok it was all smell of perfues and good comsteics. Large complex. Super well-trained staff. Breakfast for kings - very large selection. Sound of the stream when you open your bacon. The spa we used 10 times altogether. Paulina, Kasia, Kasper are very professional. Great facial, massage, body scrub. Super nice VIP spa with mud mask- amazing. Bought loads of cosmetics. Very relaxing and pleasant stay. Krynica boutique town with a great walking area, Pijalnia with different kinds of waters for different ailments. Beautiful concerts in Pijalnia Wod place. I loved it very much

This is a huge place situated right in the heart of Krynica. Everything is literally footsteps away and you can see the action from the terrace. It's a lovely building for those architecturally inclined - check out the staircase and the lights in the dining room. The room was what I expected from a sanatorium. Tip - they have electric kettles in the hallway so you don't need to lug yours there.
