Welcome to our Restored Fabric Residence by Rentujemy. The transformation of the former spool and wooden products factory of Henryk Wys at ul. Kopernika 15/17 in Łódź has lasted for over two years. Henryk Wyss's spool factory dates back to 1870 and was the first of its kind production plant in Poland. "The most significant change is visible right at the entrance to the property, where a ground-level guardhouse is located. Its original appearance from the times of the Russian partition has been restored, and a new glazed extension has been added from the inner courtyard side. Restored Fabric Residence by Rentujemy is finished in a modern industrial style, the apartment is spacious with two separate bedrooms featuring double beds. The kitchen is fully equipped. Apart from the beautiful, historic location, it is also very close to the main street in Łódź – Piotrkowska. Our accommodation is perfect for business travels who need easy access to local offices and companies. Only 750m away from main street Piotrkowska, one of the most famous and vibrant streets in Łódź.Piotrkowska Street is known for its eclectic mix of shops, boutiques, cafes, restaurants, and bars.
