Very clean and welcoming. Staff was awesome! Very helpful. Room is nicely decorated and lots of storage. Very clean and the towels were great. Surprisingly quiet given the proximity to the airport! Breakfast was lovely with a variety of choices including fresh fruits, sausages, beans, crepes, different breads, jams, meats, and some kind of hot cereal. Oh, and waffles!
Shuttle to the airport for our morning flight was easily arranged and so convenient.

the hotel was opened in May 2024 so you can feel all benefits from a brand-new building, the personnel is pro-active, very kind, the hotel looks like a boutique business hotel due to its design and location - so if you are on business it means less traffic jams but require a 25-minute walk to the beach - if you are holidaymaker. Nespresso coffee machine is a nice addition in a room. Gluten-free bread option was more than expected!

I recommend Sleep and Fly if you have a very early or a very late flight into Gdansk airport. It is truly a 5 min walk from the airport door. The airport is very nice and has a change bureau and several very basic food stores outside the security line, and inside the waiting to board area there are even more food and souvenirs options.
The staff at Sleep and Fly is kind and helpful.
The room is basic but clean.
The hotel was quiet.
It has a nice field in front and you can sit and sip a dink before going to bed.
There is the bus 122 that takes you straight to Sopot beach. 45 minutes. So you can stay here and enjoy nature and parks and go down to Gdansk or other beaches easily from this hotel.
Recommended.

Common trip in early morning to come back to UK, so the place was convenient enough, to lay my body down in the evening and wake up and have a shower and get straight away to the airport and fall asleep again in the aircraft. Such a simple explanation... :-)
The below answer is gonna be very sarcastic.

Flying from Netherlands to Sweden was much cheaper with a transfer at Gdansk. We had to stay a night in Gdansk before we continued our journey to Sweden. This hotel was perfect for this purpose. Very close to the airport and only 20 minutes away from the Gdansk city centre by taxi/Uber.

Very easy to get around Gdansk.
Very easy to get around Gdansk. Public transport is under £1 for single bus ticket or £1.5 for the train, and very frequent. Purchase ticket on the bus or on the train from conductor or before, if you have time, however, not in advance!, as it will only valid for the first coming transport. The ticket booth is in English language as well.
Lots of shops to visit, especially those budget ones (like Primark, but more upmarket) we don't have in the UK.
So much to see! Highly recommend to visit Sopot! Reed the history a bit, before you arrive. Gdansk is the beginning of WW2.
In Gdansk, I found amazing place to eat. Called "Correze", on Stara Stocznia 2/7. The food wasn't just beautifully decorated but also very tasty! And view from the window was to the river.

I stayed only for 1 night before my flight home. I was considering a different, cheaper hotel, without breakfast but in the end, I decided on hotel Faros. I was not disappointed!! Location was perfect, you could walk or take a shuttle to the airport. Holel is very modern, nice size rooms with A/C!!!! The stuff was very nice, professional and helpful, they went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy. Breakfast buffet was delicious too. I heard stories about the other, cheap hotel and I am really grateful I didn't go for cheap.
Booked last minute for a late layover and left at 3am. Was just a ten min linear walk from airport and impeccably clean. We were relieved that everything was clean felt new and there was a certain peace with the self check in fact. I never experienced a non manned hotel before and was surprised that it works well and I think people feel more at home given that mostly everyone coming is in transit and exhausted. Very quiet and nice complimentary coffee and tea. Definitely come again if we have another layover in Gdansk!
We asked for a runway view, which we got but not on a high floor unfortunately but it didn't stop my partner enjoying the activity at the airport.
The hotel is very easy to get to from the airport, just a few minutes walk across the road.
Breakfast was ample and varied.
Getting into town was easy. We chose the bus as it left from a stop next to the hotel and took us directly into the centre for 4.80 zl.
Ideal hotel for a late or early flight and would definately return.
Nice place to get some sleep if you have a long connection via Gdansk. The hotel offers 24h check in by sending a code to the room door - so you can check in even at 2 AM and check out at 5 AM. The room was a bit small but had all the necessary amenities, was very clean and recently renovated. Not sure if the hotel offers breakfast on premises - the were ads about breakfast at another nearby hotel, but we didn't use it.
Staff was absolute proffesionals, I can nsay only positive things. Free WiFi was not stable, especially when all the guests came to their rooms, but nothing substantial. Breakfast fresh, great choice, VERY tasty coffee (not like in coffee shops but for hotel above average certainly like hotel), parking place big, enough space and finaly - great value for money!
Very clean and cozy hotel.
A small kitchen with all the necessary tools on the ground floor ( fridge, oven, toster, microwave), coffee, and tea. Vending mashine with sweets and some instant soups at the entrance .
Cozy eating zone and a small library.
A big bathroom with toiletries provided. White and soft towels.
Comfortable beds
It is close to the airport with free parking.
The room was warm(actually too hot).
Hot water in the shower, comfortable beds, newly constructed and clean.
Easy check-in with a code they send the day of checking-in.
I arrived at midnight and left early, so I didn't experience any of what the hotel had to offer outside the room.
Basic but clean hotel.
I needed somewhere for a few hours sleep following an evening flight with 2 children. I initially booked the other hotel nearby but eventually changed my mind and booked this one as it was half the cost.
I’m glad I did as this place was just fine.
5 mins walk from the airport.
Excellent airport hotel not far from the terminal. Good rooms, excellent attitude and ambience, bar with some snacks open 24h. Stayed here dozens times last year during my overnight connections, and no doubts will stay more.
There was a storm on the day of my arrival which mean I arrived very late. The hotel staff went out of their way to help me access my room, and made me feel very welcome. Thank you!
This hotel is the perfect choice for short visits close to the airport. It is spotless clean, very comfortable and safe. Staff is always ready to help you in case of need.
Nice hotel with friendly helpful staff. Air conditioning, 24hour staff at reception desk, They arranged a taxi to take me to the airport at 3:45am for 22 zlotys.
