Lovely place to stay.
Lovely place to stay. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself if relatively basic, but very clean has everything you need. The restaurant and bar area were nice and very reasonably priced. The local area is very pretty and has a nice town. There are a number of attractions within relatively close driving distance.

The hotel is in a lovely area but did not live up to expectations. No proper view of the lake from the room (despite advertising that it did). The hotel is undergoing refurbishment and is showing great potential, but it is not finished. Our room was still in need of completion, windows and doors didn't have the sills installed so we had bare frames with visible sealant etc. Balcony was old and shabby, not somewhere to enjoy sitting and relaxing. You can reach many restaurants in a short walking distance. The hotel has a private beach with lots of sun beds (empty the time we stayed - August! - which was a nice surprise).

However the hotel is peaceful and has view to green garden. No noice at all. Staff is very friendly and breakfast was excellent. Parking is inside the gate that is closed after 10pm.

The breakfast was excellent and the pool was lovely. We stayed only three days and we were very sorry to leave!
